Whoosh is having a 2 day launch next weekend .
The theme for the weekend is of course Saturn’s
Wildmans will also be cooking a free lunch for all who want it on Saturday also don’t forget about the ultimate raffle

I’ll be there on sat.. not sure what I’m flying yet.

I'm planning on attending both days with my family and hopefully getting certified again after a 20 year absence. I assume Wildman will have a good selection of motors and reloads available...? Last time I flew high power Ross at Magnum Rockets was still the place to get motors (late 90's).

Welcome back to rocketry. I also to purchased from Ross. I would guess WM has a better selection than Magnum had. It would be a good idea to call Tim just to make sure he brings what you need. His store on wheels is large but there is no way he can bring all of what he sells.

Say Glen, if you haven’t picked up some of the Scarlett Rosey Cider for Roberta, you should stop in - it’s going fast.
Driving directions from Bong? I know you're close but I've yet to stop in, today may be that day...

Yes. We have air conditioning.
From the Bong entrance, turn left. Go about 2 miles. Turn right on County B. (The pads are straight to your left at this point). Go up half a mile, we’re on the left.
If you are Glen, with waders, just go straight north from the pads, cross the swamp. Hike up B.

Thank you Sir. Air conditioning is certainly gonna come in handy today...

Charles, any luck with the upper stage?

No. I pulled the Eggfinder at the last minute due to a broken battery lead. Trusted to the Mylar streamer which has served me in the past. Not this time.

Based on the last sighting, and where the booster landed, I think it went into the big water.

Penultimate sighting.

Hi
Did you get the 5" goblin in the air? I think I have all the parts here but the fins for a 6" goblin.

No, Gary, I didn't. It was a little too gusty for the motor I had loaded up (K456DM). Maybe at ECOF.
Charles, sorry to hear about the upper stage lost while swimming.
