Way overdue update...
June 11th: Contacted Mr Beans asking if he would mind repairing my JLCR. He responded a short time later saying he would be happy to try and fix it for FREE. He did caution that he could not gaurantee it could be repaired.
June 28th: I finally found time to send the JLCR out to Mr Beans.
July 1st: I received the following message from Mr Beans.
Holy Toledo! Superlative red carpet customer service.
July 3rd: Replacement JLCR, complete w/ accessories, arrived in the mail.
