Fun games, competitions or challenges to do at launches?

Been thinking the last few days about this. I know we have drag races with different kickers.
Like first off the pad, last off the pad, closest to the pad, last one in the air, first one on the ground.
What are some other kickers? Any traditions?
How about any other challenges or assembling a rocket to fly out of (insert whatever components here) on a BP motor?

One empty toilet roll. One D12-5. Nose, fins, motor mount and recovery are up to you. Provided the rocket is stable, the contest is duration.

Confectionery rockets. The body is a former container of confectionery, e.g. a Smarties tube. You're not allowed a conventional body tube decorated with confectionery wrappers; the body must be an actual container. Bonus points for any additional confectionery items, e.g. making the nose or fins from confectionery material. More bonus points for components made from actual confectionery, e.g. chocolate fins. Recovery is by streamer. The score is flight duration plus the above bonuses. Optional: allow parachute recovery as well and divide the flight time by 3.
