Sold Mixed Lot of Tubing - Propellant Mixing?

I have a small lot of 48" tubing that I believe was for making propellant grains, but I know so little about that aspect of rocketry that I'm just going to put the items up here and see what happens. Several of the sections appear to be phenolic, the rest are paper - seems like grain building components but the dimensions confuse me.

For example, the larges of the phenolic "sleeves" is 48mm OD and 46mm ID while the paper inside them is 46mm OD and 44mm ID; none fit into any of my 54mm motor casings, so I'm at a loss... The smaller tubing (is similarly sized).

I hate to throw anything away, so I'm going to put them up for sale here as a "BEST OFFER" sale. Shipping will be about $20.
