For continuity current, 20 mA is a lot of current. You would be very limited on the type of ignitors you can use.

The norm is 10 mA or less, preferably much less.

If you insist on using a self contained LED pack, I would suggest extensive testing with any ignitors you may use. You may be launching during the continuity test.

I will be testing the current as soon as I get the mock up wired.
