Does anyone have a good source for cluster motor rings for the Estes Saturn V? Not the RTF version, . I did a very fast search and only found one set on eBay.

Option 1:
LOC had 3 new 4" kits and a modular motor mount can system up yesterday. I don't see the kits now (Phoenix, Harpoon, and Standard missiles) but the modular mounts are here:https://locprecision.com/product/modular-motor-can-mmc/
i.e. interchangeable mounts for your Sat V! Wow!
Option 2:
LOC also has a 7X29mm cluster centering ring for 3.9" tube:https://locprecision.com/product/clustered-rings/
As long as you maintain symmetrical thrust and plug the unused motor tubes, you can fly from 1 to all 7 motors. Also use 24mm motors with an adaptor.
Option 3:
Mount a standard cluster mount into a BT-80 tube, then mount that into the BT-101 with 80-101 plywood centering rings:

Various BT-80 cluster mounts and vendors here:

As MClark mentioned, with all that extra aft weight you will have to add nose ballast. Hope this helps!

Has anyone tried the Boyce Aerospace fins cans? Does anyone know how much weight you need to add and do you need to add venting outlets for the four 18mm motors or would you merge all motors together to eject the recovery system?
