Thank You kindly sir !Happy belated B-Day!
Thank You. I'm not a collector and I don't really buy rockets to resell. Just thought if someone needed it for their collection,I'ld sell it and just buy the newer one. Most likely Ill build it. Again, that's way I bought it in the first place before the new release came out. It's a hard one for me to say as pre-90's kits seem to be farily hard to come by this side of the pond but it's the first one I've seen up for sale that's for sure. This one is dated '87 as is the Hercules.
I see you have the stars on the correct end. In front of the direction of travel. I called my deuce "Deuces Wild Cherry" Stickershock did it up for me. That's going to like sweet! Nice pick of pigment.Updated this design. Now it's ready for read and blue metallic topcoats. More decal printing, yay.

Didn't even think of that aspect, but now I'm glad I did it that way. I have a co-worker here with a Cricut that's gonna help me make a bunch of white vinyl stars for the front. Whole thing should be finished.... in a couple of weeks I guess.I see you have the stars on the correct end. In front of the direction of travel.

He's pretty slow and reluctant to let go here on the edge of the finger lakes, too. Low 20's the last two mornings with a dusting of snow on the ground yesterday. So I'm holding off on some painting too. (Hey, I've build some stuff and have things to paint! YAY!)Old man winter is still holding on up here at 8,000 feet above sea level.
Tru nuff my friend!Finished applying decals to my Interceptor. Tomorrow clearcoat, and done.
The decals are what make the Interceptor the beauty that it is. I realize that. But I really, really wish I could learn other languages. Particularly Russian and Farsi, as it's my understanding that those are the most satisfying languages for CURSING. Those myriad delicate DON'T-stick-to-my-thumb-stick-to-the-model, NO-DO-NOT-ROLL-UNDER-YOURSELF!, I-had-you-where-I-wanted-you-WHY-DID-YOU-MOVE!?!, just-a-little-a-little-more-NO-MOVE-BACK-WHY WON'T-YOU-MOVE-BACK? waterslide decals are...not fun.
Verdammet and verdammet again,
Terry
Here it is..and a Fliskit " Rockstar" A.K.A. "Purple Haze" . I think you would like a Rockstar to pigment. Drag Race? Who will win?
I like it. I like it.
Will each one be trying to sabotage the other on the way up?Drag Race? Who will win?

Which one has lower total forward area in its fins? It looks like the fins' plan forms might be the same (but one upside down) but I can't tell for sure with White's black fins against black tube.I think Black wins 'cause it's three fin and white is four fin.
I purchased a Estes Star Orbiter, pack of F15-8 engines, and ordered some braided kevlar cord. It's been a few years.... Working on becoming a BARx2
