In general, why are you using PayPal FF? The fees are still there, all it does is put them on the buyer:mad: This applies to all sellers that request FF.
 
Nope there are NO fees with FF [friends and family]. At least I have never been charged any.
There are fees with FF *if* buyer is using a credit card. If paying from PP funds I think there is no fee.

Fee is charged by PP in this use case, seller is not receiving these fees.
 
I located this tidbit of info from the questions and answers from Paypal. Payments sent through the Friends and Family option are not eligible for Buyer Protection at this time.
Of course Credit Cards in general usually have some form of buyer protection policy anyway.
