Airframe and fins won't be an issue, but who has a properly shaped nose cone?

I'm on my phone right now, and searching is a little difficult, but I know you guys are a plethora of knowledge.

I've seen a few 3.9" PNCs, but the have blunt tips. Who has a pointed one?

I like the Alpha too..My biggest is one that uses 54mm body tube.

This exact project has been in my mental plan room since I learned that 4" body tubes exist shortly after returning to rocketry.

Gonna follow this, thanks for putting the question out.

search for madcow 'big fizz'. it may not be exactly to scale...but it is mighty close to an up scale alpha.

I'm glad to see others recreating and up-scaling the classic Estes rockets that many of us started with years ago.

Here's my 4" Alpha which was based on a Mad Cow Big Fizz.

I used a different nose cone than the one in the kit and it still isn't an exact scale match, but, it's close enough for my purposes. I got the decals from stickershock. I've flown it on everything up to an I285 and it works well. I usually launch it with a JLCR to keep it from drifting away.
