ISO Lance Alligood's CD Spool Rocket PDF

This PDF was originally shared by Lance Alligood a long time ago, in a TRF far away, now all links to it seem to be dead. If anyone has the file or knows Lance (TRF Lalligood) I would like to get the file. Lance was last seen here on TFR last Dec according to his user page but I am unable to start a conversation with him about the file, probably due to user settings.
