I thought...it wont hurt to try...
So many have lamented the loss of the Interceptor-E kit. I have been told why it was discontinued...BUT WAIT!!!!
We now have the E12 motor OR make it a 29mm, throw some weight in the nose and use the F16's! Or we can use RMS E18 or F24's... IMO I think the timing of this kit is better NOW than when it came out the first time. Plus so many people have seen them and when they do....they love them (at launches). I would bet that would sell...anyway, I'm trying here...can't fault me for that....I hope.

If you think this would be a good kit to bring back...post your +1 or type in your "two cents". Who knows!!!! it may just work!

BTW.....I put this thread in low power intentionally...as I hope that John or someone from Estes would see it.

John Boren has stated previously that if you really want Estes to bring back certain kits, you should post it on the Estes FB page. That’s where they’ll see it.

I don't Facebook (and many others dont as well) and I have seen John post on the forums.....so this is my way of showing Estes I want to give them my money .
Anyway... I'm trying.

It would fly great on the E16/F15, it was dicey on the E9, but worked ok in zero wind with a 5’ rod.

OK, I would love to see that kit released again. I have one that I fly and another kit untouched in the bag. I would still buy a couple more, just like the small Interceptor. It flies well on an E 15 or E 30. I usually got a little more serious and flew them on an F 24, or an F 35. The F35 has a 5 second delay available, the 4 second was a little quick on the F24. I usually flew the F24-7 and drilled the delay to about 5 seconds. Great looking and flying rocket. It usually breaks off a pod on landing however.

Okay, I'm in. here is my "Two Cents"
And FWIW Estes, I would buy at least two "E" kits. I just ordered 3 standard Interceptor kits, which will be arriving tomorrow.

I've got 2 or 3 "E" kits stashed away from a Hobby Lobby clearance a few years ago. I need to build one and fly it on 24/40.
