so the tube has a slight crease in it, and is very slighty angle right after the crease. I attached a pic. Is a ricket like this safe to fly? Or will it veer off to one side a be a failure. Thanks for the help!

I'd cut her open, add a coupler and gule her up again.
 
Another option that I've employed on smaller rockets, and is less invasive than completely cutting the rocket apart is to use an xacto knife and make some small incisions along the length of the crease. Then soak in some CA This will help harden the area once again.
