Wish they would fill my dealer order...I've had one in for 4 months now.

I ordered two stratologgers 2 months ago and still no reaction on my phone calls, emails or letters. Perfectflite is dead !!!!

I ordered 3 on July 18th.

Recieved them on July 22nd.

I ordered 3 on 8/28. Shipped 8/29. Arrived 8/31.

How do you order when the site always shows out of stock?

Have you tried clearing your browser? Just checked this morning, and they are in stock:

When you select the option of led connector or not it says not available.

Basically you have to check in daily and check both items and see if they have any. They seem to be listing what they have ready to go roughly monthly so it’s a pain but it’s doable.

I checked last Sunday and they were out, checked on Monday and they had them with the LED connectors, ordered three, received them on Thursday. So yes, you do need to keep checking back, and make sure you check the box for the particular product you want. I just kept the web page open and did a refresh each evening until they were in stock. It is a pain, but it does work. Given the value you get for the money, it is worth the effort.

In stock right now. Just ordered one. Not sure how long.

Given the shortages and a small discount people usually just order three at a time and be done with it.

They seem to be out of stock again already.

That's about normal. Lasts around a day.

Waited for about a week and checked every morning and every evening and bingo, yesterday they were in-stock. I snagged one. About an hour and a half later they were gone. Just a bit of a pain but well worth it IMHO. I love PerfectFlite products and have used them since I started in this hobby without a single failure.

I was also lucky to purchase 2 CF's last night. Given the online price, the quality and small size of the altimeter, its still worth the wait. There are plenty of good altimeters out there but only one other one of quality in the same price range. Good luck!

They are out of stock now for months ! He still has my old Stratologger to give it a check up, never heard from him since 6 months ? Not even a phone call. He does not even answer his phone....

Read post #75, its how you get them for now, PF will post a few for sale on their website every so often and they disappear (bought) about as quickly as they appear.

Ok nobody has said much about Perfect Flight lately so I'm asking this question solely as to wonder what's up with those folks. I'm not criticizing just asking the question. Been watching the site daily for over 2 months and no stratologgers. They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to email. Are they still in business? Are they having problems due to the lockdown? A simple statement from their owners here in the forum would go a long way in keeping their business. Or are they so confident in their customer loyalty that they are not worried about losing customers. I know their products are in demand but there are not that many rocketeers in the grand scheme of things so they should be able to make them regularly available. Now I may be wrong but do they have other business related work that takes priority. Just would like to know not trying burn the house down. Thanks
