New Kevlar materials at Onebadhawk..

New material / product alert !!!! 1/4", and 3/8" Tubular Kevlar
There's been a gap in our product line with the smaller / lighter Kevlar materials...
Not anymore,, we now have 1/4" and 3/8" Tubular Kevlar ..
Now they'll be no more guessing at what material fits a particular size airframe..

Our 3/16" Tubular Kevlar is just perfect for those really small airframes
where space is at an absolute premium-- 38mm, 54mm and 2.6"....
Our 1/4" Tubular Kevlar is just perfect for 3" airframes..
Our 3/8" Tubular Kevlar is just perfect for 4" airframes..
Our 7/16" Tubular Kevlar is just perfect for 5" and up airframes..

No more gaps in material size..
No more guessing which harness for my current rocketry build..

The 3/16" Tubular Kevlar is now available as "standard" in 15 ft or 20 ft,
so it'll fit those tight 38mm airframes all the way up to 2.6" airframes..

The 7/16" Tubular Kevlar 3 loop booster harnesses will now be 30 ft "standard",,
while the 7/16" Tubular Kevlar 2 loop payload section harnesses will still be 25 ft "standard"..

This is like getting custom harnesses at "standard production run" prices..

These new materials are just perfect for so many applications..
They're super small, but super strong,, and are also abrasion resistant...
These harnesses are certain to become an absolute favorite...
Wait till you see these harnesses,,, they're just as cool as it gets....

Missing Airfest is not an option, and I wouldn't miss a free meal either. I think we need to make this a tailgate party, then I can bring "Logan" our almost a Denali!

Please bring me three of the 15’ 3/16” ones to Airfest. I’ve really struggled to make shock cords, chute protectors, and chutes all fit in a Wildman Junior 2 stage. I need sheer pins just to hold everything in. So this is just what the doctor ordered.

I'm going to see if I make up a few shorter then the 15's just to have on hand Joe..
Just in case you need the extra room in the Wildman JR..
I'm trying to make it so that people wind up with effectively "custom" harnesses
without paying the "custom" price..

The new 3/8" material that's specifically for a 4" airframe
enabled me to increase the length of the "standard" 7/16" Tubular Kevlar 3 loop booster harness
that's for 5", 6" and up airframes to 30 ft..

"Custom" harnesses at "standard" prices...

Those shorter 3/16ths sound pretty awesome for 29-in-38 birds. Cool stuff!

Teddy does a great job. I'm bringing 4 new rockets to Airfest, and he has been a big help in getting me the required harnesses. He does a great job and I appreciate the honesty in selection and pricing.

Yeah Glen,, for sure,, you get tight really quick in those 38mm airframes..
Sometimes I'd sooner go for a 50 ft hank of the 1/8" Tubular Kevlar over a
premade harness because you can fit so much more of it in..

I just got the 3/16" harnesses for my 54 mm carbon fiber MD, top notch work as always, fits perfect Teddy. The new sizes will come in handy too, especially the 1/4".

Looking forward to tasting this "dish"...hope it's low cal

There are things I would do differently if I did not have a wife and kids, but I wouldn't trade them for rocketry. When Benj gets older, maybe we will do a little rocketry travel now and then. Meanwhile, I have a local club that launches monthly, which is pretty awesome!
