Weak Ejection Charge F15-6?

I've flown probably 50 F15-8 and F15-6 motors. I've never had an issue with any of them. Sorry to see that happen to you.
Lucky for you it's an Estes motor and an Estes kit. Email customer service, they'll probably send you a new kit. I'm thinking defective motor, so maybe a new motor too. Good luck.

This happens rarely but you can get a weak ejection charge like this, the clay cap tells the story. Sometimes you can get a very strong or "shotgun" ejection charge as well. Only once out of two thousand motors I have used has an ejection charge not taken place and left the clay cap fully intact.
