In Canada I think because of the $ and metric measure mix and "NICKERS" instead of "Snickers" and "SICKERS"? Large and small Snickers? Makes me think "Spunow" was intentional.

Snopes.com -- Ruining fun for 30 years!

I'd rather know if it was true or not. If you read the article some of these bollards are easily removed after installation. You just need to insert a key and then rotate the bollard Anticlockwise. Anticlockwise? Is that some weird metric thing???

"Nothing Like a Big 12 Education!

These hard working men are installing and setting solid steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar in downtown Norman, OK. They are cleaning up at the end of the day."

I could tell this is a lie. There's nothing like this in downtown Norman, and our street signs are nothing like this. There *are* some interesting bollards on residential streets just north of campus. I'll see if I can get over there in the next day or two with a camera.

Even amazon's packing algorithm has a bad day once in awhile
Maybe that or a human packer runs out of the correct box size and doesn't want a pile-up waiting for the right one.

AMAZON DENIES FORCING EMPLOYEES TO URINATE IN BOTTLES AS BATHROOM BREAK TIME-SAVER
4/16/18

https://www.newsweek.com/amazon-ful...-breaks-pee-bottle-urination-workplace-887952

Amazon denied overseeing employees’ bathroom breaks at its U.K. fulfillment center, where an alleged whistleblower claimed staff were forced to urinate in bottles to save time.

Bloodworth said that fears of being accused of “time-wasting” were compounded by the 1,200 workers having a 10-minute, nearly quarter-mile walk to the two ground-floor toilets. Previous reports on worldwide Amazon warehouses suggested that workers walked an average of 10 miles each day in the cavernous spaces and had a tracking system on their person that followed their movement and productivity on the clock.

Family thought this picture I got of the dog was pretty funny.
