Still cant seem to bring myself to paint one "normally " :wink:
Needs decals and Stuff yet -

I painted my first one "normally". When erockets put these on sale prior to Cyber Monday at $27, I figured why not. Went kinda wild on the second one, with glitter paint. Think I'll name it "Holy Smokes!". At least now I have an expendable Nike Smoke that I can fly the bleep out of and won't obsess about losing.

I think it looks great. I love a good paint job that's a little different from the norm. Added bonus... You can see that its your rocket that is winning the race...0516181328.jpegIMG957876.jpeg

I could not use the traditional paint myself, I also came up with my own deal.

The Smoke is #2 in my build pile. Got a E2X Prowler on the bench now, then the Smoke,then the LOC 4" Goblin...then the Hornet..then the Der Red Max's (original size and Mini)...

LOL - Yeah I meant DON'T have a problem with it. Thanks for reposting that pic . I painted the checker board, If I did it again it would be vinyl .

Sorry guys, hadnt been on in a bit. JonathanOtt , there are 3/8ths tall.

Andrew , like the one its replacing, it will have a diet of G40 - G80 - F60 , whatever I can afford to fly, lol.
 
Nice. I saw some of those motors at hobby lobby and was curious what rocket kit they went in.
