If there was any, they'd be using them in the kits...
You can always get one turned from Sandman (Gordon Agnello) or BMS (if he's still doing custom orders-- not sure of that) but it's going to cost you some big $$$...
The other alternative is rig up a power drill and a block of balsa or pink closed-cell foam and turn your own...

Maybe a nose cone from an estes V2 or Mega Mosquito? If not, I have a few pieces of balsa I can try to turn ya one. Just now learning to use a lathe and this will give me much needed practice. Unfortunately we got some bad winter weather headed our way and my shop is saw horses under a pine tree.
