:DHi Everyone, I still have around 500 - 600 pounds of AMW reloads. If there are any reloads you would like to get your hands on I am placing them on sale yet even lower regardless of profit or loss plus I need to start getting in some Aerotech inventory. So with out further adue, All AMW reloads are 50% off of retail. That's the old retail. So if you need something you can email me at [email protected] or you can call me at 702 655 2538. They will remain at 50% off until everything is gone or we decide to add what's left to our anual 2000# turning burning at Delamar and just send them up in smoke and claim them as a loss. Please remember that all AMW reloads require a LEUP and Hazmat shipping. I will most likely start putting some items on ROL soon now that I have been released by the court to do as I please with the inventory. I can see some REALLY good deals coming. I will try and answer any and all emails as soon as I can and call's Thanks, Scott

Gentlemen, can I ask what this is about? Does this need to go off-line?

Somehow, I doubt it.

But then, this is TRF. Where you get banned for no good reason.

It's a off line subject and should remain that way, I beleive phone # and Email address are avalible , as listed above.

Perfect reason why Forums have problems.

Has anyone had luck of contacting this guy? I've left phone messages and several emails in response to this message with the intent of purchasing LOTS of reloads to support some upcoming club events as well as responding to his similar AMW sale message awhile back in the other BSD thread and i never get an answer from this guy.

I give it and i'm *completely* baffled. From his messages he seems real desparate to unload these motors but despite my repeated attempts i never get any responses. I give up.

On a separate note, i am looking forward to the new BSD storefront / owners. Having someone new run the business will definitely be a welcoming positive change - especially in the area of customer service.

Frustratedly yours . . .

That was a very bad time, about the time you come home to find your locked out, of everything.

Like the above two, I tried several times the last time Scott was looking for buyers of Just Rockets inventory and gave up after calls, e-mails, and PMs.

If there is still some JR Aeropack inventory left, Scott - please e-mail me!

Speaking as someone who knows what it is like to have several deputies from the Sheriff's department come to your front door at 5am with shotguns and ask you to leave you house--now!--I can understand what Scott has gone through in the past year. When your back is up to the wall--and everything you do turns out wrong, it is very difficult to worry about some guy that wants to buy a reload at 40% off. When stuff happens--it happens all at once. We all know that Scott was the recipient of the purple weenie in the past year or so. It appears that he is about to get back on his feet. Let us not quibble over the fact that he did not return an email or two while his life was falling apart. The fact is that Scott has been a great asset to the rocketry community--and will be again--just as soon as he gets his bearings. Just Rockets, and BSD were great vendors under the guidance of Scott--and his new operation will also be good. I am fortunate that Scott visited my launches (Rainbow Valley) in the past--and I hope to see him there in the future.

Hey - I completely understand, but thats not the point.

The point is that you shouldn't go posting messages about merchandise sales, etc... if you don't have any intention of returning people's messages, emails, or phone calls. Thats just bad business regardless of the circumstances. Scott knows the situation probabably better than all of us, so if he knows hes not going to be able to return those messages, and calls, he shouldn't have posted in the first place. Its just very frustrating for the customers . And unfortunately, regardless of the situtation, its just bad for BSD rocketry. Doing things like this really hurts your credibility. And no, its not just this incident. Its everytime this guy posts a merchandise sale here on the forum.

Anyways, i'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt and wait an extra few days.

Paul at AMW Inc.

Paul, How quickly we forget, and you need to take a math class before you go bashing me "AGAIN" publicly. So let's go ahead and set the record streight one last time for "all" to read seeing how you feel the need to make my finacial business everyones business. This story is far to long to put it on this forum plus I would not want to bore anyone with all this childish stuff. In short yes I owed paul $6K - $7K on product that some of which I had ordered and some that he just took the liberty of shipping to me right before LDRS that was here in Vegas. From what I heard from other AMW dealers I'm not the only one he did that to but I figured aw, what the heck. LDRS should be really busy and I should be able to move quite a bit of this. Well, not as much sold as I was hoping as Aerotech dominated the sky's for the whole event. So Paul and my self made a deal that I would keep all the extra he sent me and try and get it paid for. Well with all the California issues and empty promisses of CA certs (that's another story in it's self) AMW product just did not go over well out west, with the exception of at Black Rock. So after two years of trying to move this stuff it was just going no where even after posting sales of up to 40% off. So I had decided after talking with Paul to cut my losses and so I gave back to Paul well over 7K in AMW hardware and have the list should I need to prove that to anyone so after Pauls version of mathmatics he emails me and he figures that I still owe him 2K. How he did that I'll never know. So I thought about it and had a phone conversation with Paul and told him that I have changed my way of doing business and hold no grudges and still don't and like I said I agreed to the extra 2K just to get the matter closed so where the 4K-5K comes from I have no idea. So I told Paul that I would work on getting him the 2K. I called almost every AMW dealer out there and offered them AMW product at 55% off so that I could get Paul paid off,55% is way more than dealers got but I was told by a couple of AMW dealers that Paul asked them not to buy product from Just Rockets (SCOTT) because he still owes me a ton of money. I sent Paul a couple of emails asking him to help out and retract all the negitive statments that he has made to dealers and rocketeers alike and that he would not receive the last 2K until he did. Those emails to this day still remain un-answered so it is really hard to get people to buy this sub-standard propellant with the owner in the shadows saying don't buy it? So that's my story and I'll sell what I can sell then I think we'll have a New Years eve propellant fire at Delamar. As far as I'm concerned, This NOW ends all dialog between Scott Ulrey, Just Rockets,Inc and Paul Robinson, Animal Motor Works. BYE BYE!! :pirate: :rotflol: :p

Hey Don, isnt this the guy that would never tell us who he was so that we could get things streightened out with him instead of him always trying to cut my throut. Some are right. I put up different sales from time to time that normally are good sales for the consumer. I almost always return ALL emails and phone calls. When you get over 250 emails and call's there might be some that I over look and for that I am sorry. I promiss with the re-opening of BSD that I will try harder to return every call or email even if it's just a HEY, TIED UP....REAL BUSY....I"LL GET RIGHT BACK WITH YA!!!!! But as always, We reserve the right to refuse service/sales to anyone. I will get to all the emails that have came in asking about the AMW sale and there are tons. I only yesterday put up the AMW sale (nope it was on tuesday) so like Don said, TAKE A BREATH, I will be with you. Hell, I just might even throught in a free tee shirt. I have been up since 2:00 A.M. this morning trying to answer a bunch of these emails but I must sign off and go to my other job. See ya all this evening. Scott

I am absolutely sure that Scott has been through life changes I would not wish on anyone. I remain open to spending with him. It's just kind of hard when there is no response after repeated attempts - heck I even wrote Don as a back channel.

I mean c'mon, I got money, Scott's got stuff I want. We should be able to work out a deal here...:p

Ok admitted even by Scott! yes some emails and Calls have gone unanswered But that was then and this Now! Before the divorce and Hand Injury BSD Had great customer service and! A great Product, I for one look forward to the Re-Opening of BSD, We have all had bad times and this last year just happens to Be Scotts bad time, Hopefully once he gets back up and running BSD will return to being one of the premier Rocketry vendors it was before. I say give the guy the benefit of the doubt and we all start fresh.

Good luck Gary T.

Here i am with almost $2000 bucks available to spend on reloads, and i just can't connect. And again, this isn't the first time.

More and more frustrated . . .

My suggestion for you would be, if you can't wait or find dealing with Scott hard in your mind. Then take that $2000 and Visit a number of other vendors that handle AMW. Ie: Wildman Rocketry, I just know they'll set you right up!

Actually I heard (second hand) that Tim had a problem with AMW at LDRS
last year and won't be carrying AMW stuff anymore. Not sure, that's second
hand and I have not talked to him directly yet. Check with Tim on availability.
AMW stuff is still on his web site. He reads the forums from time to time.
Maybe he can comment on the availability of AMW loads and hardware directly.
There's nothing wrong with buying from Tim or AMW for that matter.

Well, based on my experiences and with experiences described by others in this threads, its no wonder the stuff isn't moving.
Here i am with almost $2000 bucks available to spend on reloads, and i just can't connect. And again, this isn't the first time. Along with Ben and others i've tried
contacting you before regarding the purchase of motors at the discounted price, but i never get a response.

Come on. Are you really serious this time, or just pulling our chain ? ? ? ?

More and more frustrated . . .

Scott

You are correct in your statement, that I said I would settle for the $2000.00.

But when you don't have any contact, don't make any attempt to pay, not even a 100 dollars, then why shouldn't I count all the free stuff, and sponsored stuff in what is owed.

As in most industries, the freebies come from good standing, and paying your bills.

I will look forward to my $2000.00, and then we can say BYE BYE.

PS I will Post when Scott sends me my money, so there will be NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

FOR THE RECORD>
PLEASE help Scott pay his bill, and bye some products.

Does that help Scott?

I would think that this $2000.00 that is on the table here should end this problem:)??
