I have a 54MM 3800NS L motor being listed on Rocketry Planet in the propulsion auctions. The auction will begin later this afternoon.

It is professionally hard anodized gray, with all components including nozzle, and is 40" long.

It is new and unused.

Price is $190 shipped.

Nice! I was just curious, I could not figure out what the buble wrapped thing is between the nozzle and bulkhead? nozzle washer and snap rings?

Very enticing.

Kosdon has a 54mm case that comes in at 43''+ and only 3300 newtons.:stupid:

The items in the plastic are the rubber O-rings, snap rings, and nozzle washer.

Back when I ordered this, I ordered a 40" length 54MM motor without any regard to NS. All I did was go to LOKI's site, and saw that their 54MM motor at $220 is exactly 40" and listed at 3800NS. I then simply listed it as that. As you know, it's going to depend on how you load it. I try not to look at a NS number even though I wrote it in the description. It may only be 2600NS if you have a poor Isp propellant, for instance.

By the way, does my opening price sound fair, or too high? I haven't looked at motor pricing in a long time.

if you'd like to lower the price to $50 I'll gladly have the check in the mail within the hour ;)

I posted it on a Tripoli experimental forum earlier and received some emails tonight with interest. So I'll see how it goes. I simply saw that LOKI is selling theirs for $220, and thought $200 sounded fair enough.

Edit: Yeah sure guys. LOL. I just looked at Wildman's and the thin Rousetech motors are $215 for a 2560!!

Yeah, and I got's two of em ;)

Hey.....could I "borrow" one for a flight?

I just made 2 loads I'm dying to try out. I will "swap" you one of mine, for use one of yours!

Can't guarantee the flight characteristics , but I'm sure it will be very interesting!
