For some reason I decided to put this rocket together to go with my collection. Looks to be a nice kit, I bought 3 for 21.00 bucks. Does require a little paint and some plastic cement, other than that should be fun.

i love this one have the other tie fighter but want to find me one of thease myself. looks like its sturdier then the reg tie fighter

This was a fast easy build but a nice model to say the least. I really like the Estes Star Wars Kits from the 70's and I built all of them. I still have to build the Death Star, Battle Star, and maybe the newer X-Wing with all plastic. I am not a big fan of the RTF Star Wars Stuff, just these build it yourself kits. I built it per the plans using Testors Tube Cement and Testors Spray paints. The Tie Fighter and X-Wing are 70's kits that I build a couple of years ago.

Dang, I wish my X-Wing still looked that good. I'm thinking about sanding everything down and re-finishing it with green vinyl from Stickershock. I've only had one flight on it where it didn't break something on the landing. A 12" parachute just isn't enough.

I upped the chute on my xwing to an 18 inch and have had no issues and before that i converted it to a flat decent on the 12". I love the clean lines your tie fighter has i really need to repaint mine
