I got mine several days ago through Countdown in perfect shape. I have no tree so it is sitting all by itself in the living room where the tree WOULD be. I sent mine out a couple of days ago cross country with a 7-day delivery time.:D

I've been to your shop, I know where you are:D

I see that explains it, though I guess even if you had not and you reallly wanted to know where the gift came from it wouldnt be ahrd to figure out...

Hey if you want to come visit again Ill be bunkered down here in the snow tommorow, they are saying up to a foot!!!

You know its tough not to open a SS gift when you know nobody would know. But with my luck someone from CT got me and would come in and see me messing with it... then I would be in trouble

I got mine today. :D

It was from Fliskits but probably not from Jim himself.

My daughter took it, wrapped it, put it under the tree and told me not to touch it until Christmas.

The Secret Santa thread from last year :)
Impressive! And we're still over two weeks away from Christmas. What's it going to be like once everybody starts opening their packages?

BTW... I ordered my outgoing gift last week. Still eagerly checking my mailbox for an incoming package.

Well I'm still waiting on my package and still like Bob eagerly hoping it has arrived very day when I get home from school. I found out that my person has recieved there gift which is good. Well should be fun on christmas or the day after and hopefully everyone will post what they got and who it was from.

hmm - still waiting on mine. On the upside, I am 99% sure tha mine arrived safe and sound, and is (hopefully) sitting under a lucky TRF member's tree right now (I wish I had ordered one for myself as well - it's a great gift that I wish I could recieve :)). I really hope they like it, I am completely clueless about what will be coming for me, but I'm sure it will be good.

And, like Rocketguy, I can't wait to hear what everyone got and who they got it from.

yeah seriously, i'd love to have what i got for my person...ohhh man....i know they'll love it....

Years ago one of my brothers was really bad about sneaking peeks at his Christmas presents. It was getting to the point where he was even getting sloppy and violating the unspoken "leave no trace of tampering" rule. :)

So I bought him a gag gift from a novelty shop. It was a fake can of peanuts, which when opened would eject a spring-loaded "snake". I wrapped and decorated it so that the can was part of the gift packaging, meaning you had to open the top of the can to open the gift.

Sad to say, he did not peek into this gift prior to Christmas -- though he later admitted that he had started to unscrew the cap but came down with a sudden attack of guilty conscience.

Still, it was pretty funny when he finally opened it on Christmas day. :)

BTW, I finally got my SS package shipped out!

Just a thought... had I not posted a "got mine in the mail today" reply, there's probably no way my Secret Santa would know if his/her gift was delivered successfully. I hope nobody finds out on Christmas that someone else didn't have a gift to open. I guess I'm saying it's good to see a post from our respective recipients saying "it's here." Make sense?

Came back from dropping off the daughter at pre-kindergarten this morning, and a package marked "Secret Santa" was sitting on my doorstep. Now safely in the basement hidden away from the kid's eyes, as it would be a bear trying to explain that Santa came two weeks early just to drop off a package for daddy....
