I went to print decals today on my Citizen Printiva 700. It's a dye sublimation printer like ALPS. I only use it once in a great while and up to this point, it's worked fine.

It fired up fine, and all the indicator lights are green.

When I sent the decal sheet over to be printed, it takes in the decal paper, then stops while the data light blinks. Nothing gets printed however.

Any ideas, ALPS wizards out there???

Maybe re-load the driver and reboot?:(

As odd as that sounds, I'd try it too. I had numerous problems with one of HP's first OfficeJet all-in-one printers years ago, and it would go brain-dead, and require reloading of drivers every once in awhile.
