FlisKits: Night Whisper back in production!

Our Night Whisper kit has been out of stock for the past several weeks due to a decal problem (we ran out of decals and were having problems getting an order placed...)

The new decals are in and better than ever! We are very excited about these new decals for several reasons:

• Higher resolution
• White backing on all decals so that they can be used on a dark rocket without washing out (more opaque)
• They now actually SAY "Night Whisper" on them instead of FarScape

I have attached a couple of images to show the new look. We now have these revised kits in stock and ready to ship!

Wait a minute--didn't you have to destroy all the ones that said Farscape? I've got both a Night Whisperer and a Farscape, and now you've got me wondering what my Night Whisperer decals look like...

We were directed to cease in production of the "Farscape" model rocket kit and specifically stop using the cover art, instructions and pattern sheets. We were permitted to use the decals as they could not be clearly seen from inside the package so, up until now, all decal sheets had farscape on them.

The product was renamed Night Whisper but the decals were not changed (good thing too as this would have cost us even *more* of a mint than it already had...)

So, folks with Night Whisper kits have decals that have Farscape on them. Those who purchase new Night Whisper kits will have decals that say Night Whisper.

If I remember it was a show named "Farscape" on the Sci- Fi Channel. Funny thing is Jims kit has outlived the show itself.

The show was called Farscape not Farside.

Oh great, now I'm going to have to buy another one to make sure I've got all the versions in my mini-museum of Fliskits . This one's as bad as Semroc's Launch missile, with a subscriber version, numbered version, and regular version. Come to think of it, that one outlived its namesake too. Maybe naming a rocket after something dooms that something (and yes, I know Farscape was an accident, not an homage).

That's the problem with a decent build queue. Half the rockets I have wind up becoming "collectible" before I ever get a chance to build 'em.

When I heard about the name change, I thought that perhaps you had received a cease and desist letter from a very large model rocket company that had produced a well-known kit with the same name.
