I'm on SSI so when it get's to these "end of the month" sales I usually just get very PO'd and not buy from that vendor that month, I just don't have the money..

However, THIS month we disabled have a shot at it, getting paid the 31st and not the 1st due to the Federal holiday

...strolls slowly down the aisle, fingering the merchandice.
