This is a rocket that my son and I call "Mass Destruction". It got its name because of the murals that will be painted on the rocket. This is a 4" dia, 110" tall rocket with a 3" motor hole. The tubes are standard 4" cardboard tubes with 2 layers of 8oz glass. The fins are 1/4" baltic birch plywood and have 2 layers of fiberglass tip to tip. Nose cone is fiberglass. couplers a cardboard with 2 layers of 8 oz glass on the inside. Centering rings, bulkheads are made of 1/2" baltic birch plywood. This is setup for dual deployment. The electronics will be Arts 2 altimeter along with the arts GPS unit, there will also be a Perfectflight HiAlt45 altimeter as a backup. Its first flight will be on a AMW L666SK. Interesting method of installing the fin can bulkhead. I'm sure the screws into the ring will hold. What's to keep the ring from coming straight out with the bulkhead? Without a fillet above the ring or something to tie the ring to the fin can, it seems like the ring attachment to the tube might be the weak point.

The bulkhead was made removable so that longer motors can be flown. The mounting ring is pinned through the coupler.

Wow... I must have missed the century change, again! j/k, looking good, Scott. I'm curious to see how the booster bulkhead holds. For the first few flights, I would recommend using a recovery harness connecting the bottom of the bulkhead to the motor case, just in case it decides to let go... you never know when Mr. Murphy shows up.
 
In the future for that removable booster bulkhead, I would recommend stringing 2 pieces of all-thread from the upper centering ring to that bulkhead. I know you're tight for space with the 3" hole in a 4" rocket, but I really think that it will be significantly stronger than the setup you are currently using. There is a lot of weight in that tail, and any significant jerk risks shredding that bulkhead.

Hey now...:D. I am planning on putting a u-bolt on the bottom of the bulkhead to do just what you said till I know this will work. If the ring does not hold I will just have two couplers for it since I make my boosters with removable couplers.
