Hardly. I don't think Ky would fit in the cart!

It's crazy Andy Tyler from Suffolk UK. He's a microlight instructor who at 35 built the gas and liquid fuel pulse jet from instructions off the internet. He pulled the shopping cart from a river and spent £50 on scrap wheels, brakes and a steering device. It runs for only 2 minutes on that little fuel can and according to Andy becomes unstable over 50 MPH. Uh, Yah.
