Not the name of a Shrox designed rocket that I know of, but an announcement that we'v e reached the end of the trail.

Here's the family photo. It's too big to fit into a single photo, so I had to take 4 shots to get them all.

Above them all is the 2001 Discovery card model I made, with plans to launch. But, it was simply too frail the way I built it, so it is now wall art.

As for the Shrox rockets, I had to add shelves into my mancave (tv and hobby room) just to hold all of them. It's almost 60 rockets, some pretty big.

I'll save some room in case Shrox starts making more. I'll even add shelves if needed.

As the French say when they are assembling the back end of their rockets....

This has been one of the most enjoyable threads I have seen in a long time.

As I flesh out the gallery entries, I will probably be getting back to you and Shrox for info.

Thanks for posting.

I remember getting back into rocketry ,like we all have ,and seeing the kits offered by Shrox....what with the ping pong balls and then the Snark etc, and thinking this dude has some very forward thinking "out of the norm" ideas.

I`ve kinda followed his mental outbusts and direction as it pertains to design ,just so forward thinking.Being a student of fine arts (my major as well as advertising, but now working as a foreman in heavy constructiion ,and once an owner as a picture framer), I totally get the man !

In some way ,Shrox is the Big Lebowski....

The Shrox ..ABIDES.....(you know what i mean)

Well my friend, like the rug really ties the room together ,your rockets hold back the big bang !

Glad you`re back !

A sister/brother/aunt/uncle/some relation to the Harrier.

It's got the same evil grimace as the Harrier.

Very nice... just so ya know-- the Navaho was one of the first ICBM cruise missiles developed back in the 50's... never completed or fielded IIRC... The booster rocket engines ended up being the pattern for the Atlas booster engines... very early HIGH THRUST kerosene liquid rocket engines...

That is one super cool fleet and you will have a lot of fun launching it this summer. Keep us up to date with flight reports. More than half of the fun is still to come with flying, especially with the more complex designs.

Sorry if I missed it if it has come up but how long did it take you to build them all?!

Very cool thread. Thanks for sharing.

Wow... I certainly have some plans/kits to be looking for!

I certainly would like to build several of these, but significantly the Aries and Harrier!

I started them last September, 2012, and finished them when I started posting in January. I sometimes had upwards to 10 in the build queue at a time, since as the glue dried, I was building another. Then, as two rockets had glue or primer drying, I'd build another. Repeat....

Awesome work! Thanks for posting it all

a Dark Arts e-book! that will be pretty awesome

Blatant Necromancy: We have a lot of new people around this place, and I feel like this is one of the best threads I've ever seen here and that it should be shared.

Hail Shrox! He did more to help the ping pong ball achieved it's highest destiny than beer pong and Forest Gump combined.
