Yesterday, walked all day without crutches!!!!!! The purpose of 75% weight bearing this week was to become stable when walking. That isn't a problem, and there is no risk to the pelvis from walking, so I'm done with the crutches.
Today: 1) Hardest workout on bike yet, and felt good. Also, my new cycling shoes are tremendous. First time I've had heat moldable carbon shoes, and they are amazing once molded...do have a couple blisters on my fingers from the molding process. 2) Ceviche for lunch on Sunday lunch date with wife. 3) put carpet un workout area of garage to prevent slipping when walking in cycling cleats and generally nice up the place.
