A doubt regarding NAR

The form to join allows you to enter a country and there are postal rates for Sport Rocketry to Canada/Mexico and then another rate to “other countries.” So it appears that the answer is yes.

But I doubt the launch insurance works outside the USA.

OP, there’s really no point for you to become a NAR member. Unless you want access to the NAR technical report archives, you would be basically paying for 6 issues of a magazine. Tripoli Rocketry Association might be a better choice. TRA insurance is worldwide. But I don’t know what’s required to maintain coverage, because I’m not a member.

Someone more familiar with TRA membership, its benefits and insurance coverage would be better at providing insight. Maybe @Steve Shannon.

Joining Tripoli is just like joining NAR but less expensive and with worldwide insurance 😄. Also information from HQ tends to be faster. Our magazine is digital only but very nicely done.

Hmm? Looks like Tripoli membership is the same price as NAR @ $70/year, and Tripoli insurance coverage is $3,000,000, while NAR is $5,000,000.

Is that right?

The first year Tripoli is $70/year, but it goes down to $60 thereafter.
Tripoli insurance coverage is $3,000,000, but it’s coverage is worldwide.
