Chute ID Help

Picked this up from someone clearing out supplies. I think it's a Rocketman chute, but I suspect it's not 47" as labeled and could be a 3' model, but not sure how to measure this thing Any help on knowing what I have is appreciated.

It’s a 48” homemade chute, it’s definitely not a Rocketman Chute, but it’s 100% a copy of our 4ft standard as the measurements are the same (measured over the top).

I’ve seen a lot of college students in the past use other parachute manufactures designs over the years for rocketry competitions. Such as for IREC and SLI the teams get extra points for everything they make themselves.
