Hello all! Just getting back into rocketry and found myself on this forum quite frequently so I might as well join. I was a big rocket head as a kid but that era ended when my final rocket "Estes Bull Pup" landed in the rocket grave yard of our wood line. Fast forward to present time, I wanted to get my nieces into rockets so I picked them up some Big Bertha's along with one for myself. This lead me to doing some research and discovering a whole world of mid and high power rocketry that really sparked my interest. I'm just now entering into mid power rockets by picking up the hyperloc 160 and finding the local club field to launch it. It's first launches were a success so now I'm planning my level 1 rocket which right now I'm leaning towards the LOC IV

Good choice with the LOC. You could even do a practice flight on G power if you keep it light.

Welcome back to our world! Thanks for the pics.
