I joined the NAR in early June. Actually, it might have been late May. I've since received a membership card and an issue of "Sport Rocketry", but I have NOT yet gotten their membership kit, which they said would be along in the mail in a few weeks. Anybody have a similar story? How long does it take them on average? Inquiring minds want to know!

Never knew NAR gave out "kits". Been a member for a while.
Can't find any references to "kits" on the web site either:

Aha, it appears that the "Guidebook" is now digital, or so says the website. So much for reading in the bathroom....

Logged into the NAR site, and yeppers...., all the books are PDFs. Well, maybe I can download to my kindle, but it looks like it's time to buy a real tablet to read PDFs from. Android tablets are pretty cheap these days at about $50 or so.

They used to give out coupons to various vendors every year you renewed but have not received any in past few years. So don't sweat if you don't get any additional items.
