Head Up, A Sale is Coming

Due to financial reasons, I will be going to my storage and retrieving my rocket kit collections and will be listing them for sale.
Not something I want or am prepared to do, but I need to come up with $900 by Tuesday or we could be evicted for back due and late rent.
Long story short, we were getting help from CERA, it ended and we didn't know it until we were 3 months in arrears.
Along with rent for this month, their demands exceeds our income from SS and SSI.
The kits are all Low Power with the exception of upscaled Wizards which were built for 29mm EM's in BT-70 & 80 Size. (1 of each)
Stickershock Decals are included for these if I have them, and pick up would be best for these 2 as it would cost plenty to ship either or both.
All other kits are from Estes, Semroc, Custom and Quest. There may be others and I will find out once I retrieve all kits and open the storage containers.
I will list them with fair and reasonable price and shipping will be exactly what it will cost.
I also have a hoard of Nose Cones from NC-5 thru 80, some are rare and hard to find. Both in Balsa and Plastic.
I also have a horde of Body Tubes from 5 thru 80, a large array streamers and parachutes, EM's, Centering Rings and just about everything.
I am a fair and honest person and payment will be by Pay Pal Friends and Family, or other means we agree upon.

Rats, sorry to hear this. We got 2 nasty letters this week from collection agencies from my medical bills, it just doesn't stop. They denied us SSI this week when we called them. Hope you make it out of this mess.

I hope it's not the BT-70 you want, cuz mice got to that big ol' balsa nose cone and there is just a sliver left of the top 3". And I don't think I have a spare one in that size. And that one was specially turned quite awhile back by Carl at Semroc.

I then have my personal stash I was going to keep next, but sales have stalled and the 15th is approaching fast.
Then it's onto BT's, PNC's, BNC's, Centering rings, thrust rings, engine hooks, you name it.
Even my RocSim if someone is interested.

I would like to give a Great Big Thank You Very Much for purchasing some of my rocket collections. It has made a big dent in what I have to come up with by the 15th to stay in our residence.
There are some very nice and notable people here on the Forum, and everyone is just a Great Bunch of People!
Truly, if not for this Forum and the Wonderful People here to sell my kit collection to get out of a real big time jamb, we would probably end up on the street.
I'm a little over 1/2 way from having what I need, and as the funds come in and postage is paid, the funds go directly to the managing landlord via electronic transfer. My hopes is that when we fall short of meeting their demands on their timeline, it will cost as much or more to hire a crew to move our belongings to the curb, and they will accept the balance on a payment plan.
I will be listing more kits this weekend from some of the kits I was going to hang onto. And I have lots of parts to list if I have time to get to them before I run out of time. Every kit, part or rocket sold is one step closer to staying in our residence.
And it's all Thanks to all of you that have helped us out by making purchases. I know money is tight for everyone and this is difficult times too. So it just goes to show what a kind and generous bunch of people there are in the Rocket Community.
