Getting the bag to seal is the hard part.
Composite envisions and Fiberglast are two suppliers I've bought from before.

Fin can installed. Cutting the slots was not fun at all. Unlike fiberglass you cant see through the carbon fiber to locate your slots from the outside.

Very nice. I'm envious, such a nice job. My tubes with glassing never turn out so nice!

Well if nothing else it is unlikely to zipper!

Chopped carbon fiber reinforced filets all laid in. Next on to the final structural components a complete tip to tip of another layer of CF.

The first one is on and drying. Who would have thought that ice packs make good weights once thawed out?

Finally done! I will be adding some clear coat to seal in the vinyl. I can't wait to see the Midnight Goblin fly!
