As you know, there is much more posted on YORF. I saw this stuff at Iowa State University. They used it in a student aerospace lab 1979ish. They were unreliable and most of the rockets had prang damage, I think for our lab, they just blasted a wooden round out of the launch tube. It is not new, nor a good scale modeling subject.
I saw your posts on YORF, and I thought it was odd that you did did not reference that above, but as I reviewed it prior to this response, I see that there is a link to your YORF posts. My mistake, sorry. I have not responded on YORF for many years due to password issues, so thanks for bringing it to TRF.Yes, I know, as I am the one who posted it there . . . It IS a NEW subject, suited for Sport Scale . . . If not, show me where data previously exists, prior to my posting.

As a scale contest model, you really need something with more difficulty, colors, and markings, etc.
