My test flights are always withing walking distance of the workshop, which just teaches you to be stupid disorganised less well organised.

Biggest thing I ever forgot to take to an away launch? The box of rockets...

Today I was glad I brought a back up ignition system. I was surprised the batteries in this only electron beam system worked, but they did.

Today I was glad I brought a back up ignition system. I was surprised the batteries in this only electron beam system worked, but they did.

I, at least, always have a backup launch controller. Even if it looks like jumper leads on the ute battery...

Cash! This used to be more important before e-cash apps, but you can be caught off guard by having to buy food at the site or someone selling rocketry stuff yard-sale type and only taking cash (the latter happened to me and I ended up borrowing money from a friend and I hate borrowing money).
