It's just a confirmation that a helicopter in flight is "10,000 parts flying in close formation waiting for the scene of the accident to arrive."
To quote one of my subordinates (ex-army helicopter pilot) "I'm telling you, helicopter's are weird man. There's a lot of physics interacting in strange ways"

Back when we were designing a helipad for a boat, the client said he'd chosen a particular model of helicopter because it had twin engines so you had a comforting false sense of security.

I read this book and it confirms that statement. There is seriously weird stuff around helicopter aerodynamics:

There is even one place on the rotor where the air can be flowing from the trailing edge to the leading edge!!!

As they say, there is no such thing as a small problem on a helicopter.
