I purchased an Aeropack retainer from the Aeropack website, and the Paypal went through Madcow. Are they one of the same? Or do I have a Paypal issue?

Hello all,

Wanted to just clarify that nothing will change with the Aero Pack dealers. We had a few emails asking about dealers and I know that wasn't clear above in the announcement. Essentially the only difference is the parts will ship from our warehouse instead of Bob's, everything else stays the same. Hope that helps clear everything up for everyone.

You have been an absolutely superlative supplier for us over the years and I will always remember your help when I had to come to your house for 'emergency' retainers to make a launch.
