Found 80/20 20mm rail

I am looking for a 80/20 20mm rail for the Mini rail buttons. 36" would be great.

I have found some but like said paying $20 to ship a $9 item is crazy. I did order a V slot 20mm rail. Very cheap. Not sure if it will work but I will let you all know if it works. How long of t-slot do most of you use?

I did manage to find a 80/20 20mm × 1220mm rail on Amazon for $24.95 shipped. I bit the bullet paid more for the shipping than the item.

The rail at McMaster was just over $10. Would have shipped from the Chicago depot via UPS so probably about $10 to anywhere within 100 miles. Free shipping if you pick it up from will-call.

If the rail is over 30" long the shipping price goes up almost double. I check McMaster I won't get shipping for $10

Alright, here's what I have. I was told this is a "Micro-Rail", whatever that means. See dimensions in the photos. Length is 36.5" long. Sam

Zoro (www.zoro.com) was cheap and the shipping was fast and extremely cheap when I was ordering rails.

Fortunately for me, I live near a Grainger store and am able to place an order for pickup at the store.

They still charge for shipping the rail from the warehouse to the store. Haven’t placed the order for a 8’ long rail yet so I don’t know how much for the S/H.

My Mini-Rail came from Amazon as did my two Micro rails (it was a two for the price of one thing).

Micro rails use “Micro buttons” while Mini Rails use ”Mini Buttons” according to Railbuttons.com.
