309 North of Allentown in Orefield. No retail outlet (never will be)
Any chance you might show up at launches with your stock? MDRA's launch site is a 2-1/2 hour drive from Allentown, about the same as my drive, except I come up from the south.

Prior to yesterday's opening, that was not a consideration. After yesterday, I will attend as many as humanly possible.

Yes, indeed. There are many clubs in PA, NJ, MD that would do a lot of business with you if you were willing to deliver at the field, and even more business if you brought some inventory for people to browse at the field.
If you came to a Rad Rocks launch I guarantee I would stock up on some things (e.g., F15-0 motors which I cannot reasonably acquire since HL stopped carrying them). We've been vendorless for a while now. Only a bit over an hour from Allentown...

Agreed, if you show up at an MDRA launch I would happily load up on Estes E16's and F15's, along with some composite G's and H's.
I should add a disclaimer: The Rad Rocks launches are fairly small. I don't know how much business you'd need to do to justify the visit. It is important to understand this - This is for enjoyment for me, and to help feed my habit. 100% of profits buys bulk kits & support equipment for local schools. I am by no means "well off" but blessed enough in life that I am able to do this. If I was in it for money, it is the wrong business. Don't get me wrong, I'll break even, I won't lose money, but I bring up Mr. Metcalf, my teacher in Grade school who got me hooked - If I can get one kid to feel the way I do when the launch button is hit, then I'll be a happy guy. And you all know that feeling - that fraction of a second between pushing the button & the WHOOSH!

Just ordered your last Doorknob, nice price and shipping option. Site seemed a little slow for me in the beginning, but seems to be doing better the more I surf around.

Nice shipping option - wiseguy - that will be fixed shortly. 100% agree it is slow, there are 1100+/- items, shared server may not be enough.
Including the manufacturer part number with the aerotech motors would also be helpful.

I would recommend registering with google and other search pages. I tried finding the web page typing the website into the google search, and nothing of the sort comes up. Had to type the physical address in the top. This isn’t an issue for those who have found this post, but will be for potential future customers.

Site literally just went up yesterday (Hey! I have 80% of everyone's changes made!) I was told to give it a week or three and it will start showing on the searches.

You have a nice site but it takes too long to look through and find anything? Everything is clumped together and not sorted. It makes the buying experience a hassle.

I'd like a particular reload case, for example just reloads for the 29/180 case, or the 38/360 case. If you want an example, I really like the motor listings on the Apogee website. In addition to filters, it is also possible to sort in order of impulse, max thrust, burn time, etc.... That's a great sortable list.
As a minimum, I'd say the filters you just listed. It'd also be nice to have HAZMAT yes/no, Aerotech/Cessaroni/Quest, & RMS case.

A lot of people, including me, have asked if the items shown in stock are actually in stock, and you haven’t answered directly with a Yes or No.

One thing I like to see on motor pages is a graph and/or numeric data showing burn time, impulse, peak thrust and average thrust. It just saves me flicking to thrustcurve.org and having to search it out.

Currently, everything Aerotech on the site is held with a placecard logo. I am going thru & adding pics & descriptions. One by one. Many things improved already! Your efforts at Doing This Right are really commendable.
One new comment for today. Here's a current price listing:
You have the MSRP in look-at-me Red and the actual price in hide-in-the-corner Grey. If I scan the whole page of listings, what registers in my brain are mostly the red MSRPs. You should try to draw attention to the actual price; that's the one that matters most. I'd swap the colors, MSRP in grey and actual price in red (or whatever).
Unfortunately due to COVID my purchasing is down to zero for the moment, but I definitely look forward to ordering from you in the future, or even better, meeting you and buying in person one day at a launch.

It's rare to have someone genuinely interested in feedback. I'll try to stay on the good side of the helpful <--> annoying scale.
Another question about the Altitude Challenge (sounds fun), is the leader board wiped clean after each month? Or does the current high altitude record stay on until replaced by someone else's higher altitude?
