My partner at work is now self-isolating with symptoms. I feel fine and have been asymptomatic.
I went grocery shopping today. I wore a surgical mask, and used a sanitizer wipe to the handles of the shopping cart which the store supplies. Most everything was stocked except for TP & flour, which surprised me. I'm baking my own bread these days & I have flour for another week, but it would be nice to get more.
The other thing I did was use a touch screen stylus to check out. And when I got home I squited some Everclear on it to disinfect it. I use Everclear for cleaning my glasses & other optics. Tried a sip once & it burned all the way down.
Do not want to be mean here but actually they do have a affect Covid-19 is spread through our respitory droplets water droplets and on and into someone else those mask prevent that and wiping down stuff does do something and keeps you and your hands clean (sanitize)..The Chinese let this virus get out and failed to let anyone know for almost a month so any death from this virus is on their hands (sorry not sorry). You guys do realize masks don’t have any effect unless you actually have it, and even then it’s a low rate of effect. Also unless the stuff people are using kills viruses, it will have no effect. Antibacterial is not antivirus. Bleach is really the only thing that can kill it.

Are you saying that Chinese officials lied to the public about the virus, resulting in loss of life? If that’s true, then they definitely bear responsibility for those deaths! Despicable! Hold them accountable!
Can you think of any other officials of any other governments who have been downplaying the deadliness of this virus? Any government officials calling it a hoax? Anyone saying it’s no worse than a normal flu? Anyone saying it’s completely under control? Anyone calling it over-hyped or fake news? Anyone saying it will just disappear like magic? Anyone saying the cure is worse than the disease? Because if there are any such people in any other governments besides the Chinese, then those government officials bear as much responsibility as the Chinese officials who told the same lies. The blood is on their hands. They will be held accountable.
And look what happened. All the college kids gatting together in Florida & other states is going to bite us big time.Italy pretty much ignored social distancing.

Wow. And a special someone wants to discontinue social distancing.According to the Worldometer site I’ve been checking, the US has more cases today than any other country. About 83,000 cases here now, and about 15,000 of those are new in the last 24 hours.

China's numbers probably an order of magnitude low.According to the Worldometer site I’ve been checking, the US has more cases today than any other country. About 83,000 cases here now, and about 15,000 of those are new in the last 24 hours.

I think China probably is under reporting. I’m not sure it’s an order of magnitude, but who knows?
Well if you are going to all the bother of detaining and expelling reporters to under report, you under report big.I think China probably is under reporting. I’m not sure it’s an order of magnitude, but who knows?

Interesting article describing four different Coronavirus timelines. Silly me, I thought it was science fiction describing different alternate realities. In a way I guess I was right.
Interesting article, but it would read much better without the obvious orange man bad narrative.
