Maybe ?
A quick image search didn't bring up any less than 1/4 inch wall tube. Do you have a source for some with a thinner wall? With the weight down close to a fiberglass tube?
Is there a glue that will stick to it? It would be difficult to build a rocket without glue. Not impossible but difficult.
So Maybe, if you can find some long tube with about a 3mm wall. Build the motor mount with fins as an assembly. Cut slots to slide the assembly into the tube and attach to the centering rings with screws. Add an additional CR with OD same as tube OD for a shelf to support the tube end to take some pressure off the screws.
Good Luck. Let us know how it works.

Hello ktc, based on your previous posts I assume you are looking for a motor casing (correct me if I am wrong).

Kestamid is a type of cast nylon. Most polymers soften with heat, and nylon is no exception.

No.it is for rocket shell, main body

It is rocket shell,main body

Okay. Then @58pan has answered your question. A kestamid tube that is not too heavy could work.

There are many other questions to ask.

Why use kestamid instead of something else?

Because it is cheaper and lighter than CTP and it is more original something else

Some calculations that are out of my bailiwick are warranted. How much will Kestamid distort with temperature, and will a problem-causing temperature be reached before the rocket reaches apogee? Once it's on its way down it doesn't much matter what happens to the airframe. But IMHO on the way up, distortion from increased temperature could cause a catastrophic ending to the flight.
