payload in quest magnum sport loader

i will be building this rocket because it's a dual 18 mm motor rocket and the price was right. if i want to fly it empty do i need to calculate (add weight in nose cone) for that or will it fly ok?

Mine flies just fine empty. I built it a couple years ago - found a kit super cheap from an online vendor, wish I’d bought a 2-3!
