Correct and correct. One propellant type usually gets an extra 5% off.

Some times one propellant does sometimes not the only thing i can say is we try really hard to make it worth while to join the club

Only if you don't understand the disclaimer included in the notice every year. Apparently many folks forget. I just pick everything up in Argonia the next spring.
