So I have been working on a Estes Star Orbiter over the last week. It was coming along really nicely with tapered and papered fins, A good set of the motor mount. Spirals filled on the BT primed, sanded, got the fins on nice and straight. Only thing left is the fillets!

Learned my lesson, do them one at a time!

Ugh too late for an edit. But quick question.

Do you guys whom use wood glue also use it for the motor mount, tubes and rings?

Never too late to use heat. It WILL soften it up. Once it gets soft, most times it will scrape right off. I will then just let it cool, sand area again and reglue.
