Totally apropos of this thread, there was a story the other day that McDonald's franchise owners are asking corporate HQ to come out with a chicken sandwich that could compete with Chik-Fil-A. The quote that really made my day was:

A Chicken Sandwich at McDonald’s should be our top priority. JFK called for a man on the moon, our call should be a category leading chicken sandwich.

While I admit that Chick-Fil-A's chicken is phenomenally good, that is not the chain's biggest appeal. It's the courteous employees and clean restrooms that stand out above other fast food franchises.

I would like to advise everyone to be careful when cooking red meat at high temperatures. It results in chemical changes in the meat which could be carcinogenic. They're called MOOtagens.
