All - I need your help, please. I am restoring an Estes Maxi-Brute Honest John (#2166). The model used two balsa "launch rail shoes" as the launch lug standoff on one side of the nose cone. The rail shoes were glued to the nose cone, but were broken off and lost long ago. I need to reproduce them. The critical bit is the slope angle on the mounting side of the standoff that matches the rake of the nose cone and keeps the actual launch lugs vertical. I have the original instructions, but do not have the "Pattern Sheet SP-69" that is used to transfer the patterns for the launch shoe pieces to the 1/8" and 1/16" balsa sheets. Would anyone happen to have the original pattern sheet? I have Googled every possible combination of key words, but no luck finding this online anywhere. Thanks for any assistance you can provide!

I have it. I'l get it scanned and up when I get some free time later today. Unless someone beats me to it.

Here it is. Hope it comes through.

Wow! Greatly appreciated, tsai. Thanks for the inclusion of the scale as well. I will get this printed and we're off to the races. Again, my sincere thanks. Please let me know if there is anything you might need and I will do my best to help.

Here are a couple of drawings of the launch shoes from the Honest John technical data.
