I found 2 turkey stew recipes online..
I'd like to know which one of these you all think sounds / reads best...

I haven't tried either yet,, I'm planning to tonight or tomorrow night..

I'm not certain the attachments are correct..

Yep, it worked,, they download..
One seems more complicated and time consuming for sure..
I think it'd come out better..

And dumplings don't go with beef stew,, do they ??

Why does the second recipe seem to stop short of finishing..
It doesn't say what to do with the dumplings after they're under a plastic sheet..

OK, I read both recipes for you. The first one is the one that has you put the dumplings under a sheet...
But the last paragraph of the directions (above the dumplings directions) has you do this:

Stir in the turkey meat, lemon juice and green beans. Add the Dumplings in a single layer (leave as squares or pat into rounds). Cover and simmer until the Dumplings are cooked through, about 20 minutes. Ladle into bowls; top with chives.

So there ya go... No jokes even... Well, not yet. They're still simmering...
