I did an upgrade and wanted to see if there was any interest in a reasonably good GPU out there.

Available for sale or trade

NVidia GeFORCE GT650TI

If you are building something new and would like a nice, if dated GPU, reach out via IM and make me an offer.

I will be away for the next two weeks so don't expect to hear back before 10/30. I have no idea what I would consider fair, however I think I would recognize it if I saw it. I'm not really interested in LPR items, thanks.

1GB

I upgraded to the Quadro P4000 (8GB)

Nice card!

I just upgraded to the nVidia Quadro M4000, a step-up from my previous card (ATI FirePro V7900) but not quite as big of a step as your new P4000, but the price (free) was hard to beat. I picked up two full licenses of the complete SolidWorks suite, which I plan on getting into over the winter.

Al, are you doing serious cad work or serious gaming? Rocketry Forum

Both. Believe it or not, I am probably the only guy in Healthcare IT that uses both Autocad & Solidworks at work. I actually have a machine with two Titan XP GPUs and a single 27" monitor. Some experimental Genomics work is being done on it. The computational work is floating point intensive and the GPUs are better suited than the Xeon. I told thePM that when this ends and the grant money is gone, I got dibs on one.
